Umvirt Linux from Scratch (ULFS) is adults only distribution (not suitable for children).
There are several locales which have laws (in various stages) which require Operating Systems themselves to perform some level of age verification and reporting.

Proposed OS-Level Age Verification Laws: U.S. Federal Law, Colorado, Illinois, & New York.
Withdrawn OS-Level Age Verification Laws: Michigan
